Note

VORALYN Technologies GmbH is in the process of formation. The suffix “i.G.” indicates that registration in the Austrian commercial register has not yet been completed.

Until registration the company acts as a pre-incorporation company. Register number, register court, VAT identification number and bank details will be added here as soon as they are available.

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.

In disputes arising from a contract concluded online, consumers may turn to the Internet Ombudsstelle. The European Commission online dispute resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available.

As a service provider we are not obliged under § 18 ECG to monitor the information we store or transmit, or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block unlawful content once we become aware of it remain unaffected.

All graphics, lettering and visualisations on this website are our own. No stock image agencies and no external content are embedded.
