A quote becomes an order, the order becomes a delivery note, the delivery note becomes an invoice. Every document knows what came before it, the number ranges run through cleanly, and whatever stays unpaid gets chased at the push of a button.
Incoming invoices are read rather than retyped: structurally for ZUGFeRD and XRechnung, otherwise by AI from a PDF or a photo. Bank statements arrive as CAMT files and match themselves against the open documents.

Recording at the desk or on the move, speech recognition on your own hardware. Meeting minutes, dictation or interview — who corrects, who approves and who gets to see a recording at all is decided by the organisation, not by a provider whose servers sit somewhere.
Every dictation is stored encrypted under its own key and every access is logged. Where it matters, four-eyes approval can be enforced: nothing is released until two people have confirmed it.

Clock in, break, clock out — and a report to sign at the end of the month.
Staff clock in on their computer or phone, installed as an app if they like. Anyone who forgot something requests a correction; an administrator approves it or adds the entry themselves — always with a reason. Nothing is deleted: a wrong entry is cancelled and stays visible.
Leave runs on balances with carry-over and year-end closing, sick days and doctor's appointments are recorded together with the sick note, and the team calendar can be subscribed to directly in Outlook or on a phone. At the end of the month a print-ready report with signature lines is waiting for every person. Each customer gets their own address, under their own domain if they wish — and their data is strictly separated from everyone else's in the database.

Your own AI on your own hardware — through a single interface.
Language models, speech recognition, text recognition and media processing run on dedicated GPU servers in the EU or directly on the customer's premises. Everything is reachable through the same interface the big providers use — existing software keeps running without changes. No data goes to an outside cloud service: audio and documents are processed only for the duration of the request, and the logs contain no content.
New servers are connected via an agent and set themselves up, security hardening included. Every customer gets their own access keys with model permissions, limits and budgets, billed on a flexible model that adapts to the customer. Multi-factor sign-in, strict tenant separation and a tamper-evident log are built in from the start.

A guest calls, and within seconds it is clear whether a table for five is still free at 7:30 pm — booked before they hang up. Occupancy is counted per table, not as a sum of seats, and two people on the phone cannot give away the same table twice. Guests who would rather book at 11 pm do so on the restaurant's own guest page, in five languages.
Then there is everything a restaurant otherwise spreads over five notepads: stock with scanning by phone camera, tasks and HACCP records, rota and time tracking, gift vouchers, a pick-up service with a kitchen display and, at the end of the month, one file for the tax adviser. Every version with a revision, a comment and a record.
Print files travel back and forth between client, agency and printer. The current state used to sit somewhere in an email thread. Now every version gets a revision, every comment hangs on the document instead of in a reply, and approval is one click with a name and a timestamp behind it.
External parties get a link with a PIN and an expiry date instead of an attachment that still sits in some mailbox years later.

VT-Vault
Passwords for the whole team — encrypted before they leave the browser.
Everyone has their own vault, and teams share folders with graded rights: read, edit, manage. Individual entries can be shared in a targeted way — and when access is withdrawn, VT-Vault re-encrypts the entry. Besides logins it holds notes, licences, SSH keys and encrypted files such as recovery keys.
Encryption and decryption happen only in the browser; the server stores nothing but unreadable data, even the names of the entries. Rules by network and country decide who may access from where, and every access ends up in a log that cannot be changed afterwards without it showing. An IT service provider can look after several client companies with it, strictly separated from one another.

Servers, network and backups in view — before anyone calls.
A lean agent on Linux and Windows servers reports load, disk space, services and time sync to the central system — over an outgoing, encrypted connection, without open ports in the firewall. If the connection drops, it keeps measuring and delivers the data later with the correct timestamps. Switches, UPS units, printers and NAS devices are monitored without an agent via ping and SNMP.
Whether last night's backup ran is reported by the backup itself; if the report does not arrive, an alarm goes off. Websites and certificates are checked from a second location. Alerts arrive by email or push, and a stuck service can be restarted with one click if enabled. Customers get their own read-only access — strictly separated from everyone else.
