Services

Three things we do properly.

Artificial intelligence

An assistant that knows your documents and answers questions about them, instead of someone spending an hour searching. Software that reads incoming emails, quotes or invoices and files them correctly. Built on your real documents — not on invented sample data.

And we measure how often the result is right. You should know what you can rely on and what you cannot.

RAG · AI agents · Evaluation · Fine-tuning

Software built to fit

The tool you cannot buy for your particular process: an internal application for your team, a bridge between two systems that do not talk to each other, a report that today gets assembled by hand in Excel.

It does not end there. We know the code and keep building on it when your process changes, an interface is added or you think of something better. You get one contact, not a ticket queue.

TypeScript · Python · PostgreSQL · Cloud

Automation

Work someone does by hand today: retyping data from one application into the next, reconciling lists, writing the same email for the hundredth time. From now on the computer does it.

Connected to the applications you already run — so that no further system appears that somebody then has to look after as well.

Interfaces · Workflows · Data migration

In practice

One example: two hours of meeting become a set of minutes.

  1. The meeting is running Recording starts
  2. Speech becomes text On your own server
  3. Actions are picked out Who does what by when
  4. Minutes are distributed Filed & sent

The recording never leaves your building. Transcription and analysis run on your own hardware — no cloud service, no transfer to the United States, no consent you have to collect from every participant. You decide who appears in the minutes and how long they are kept; we supply the record of processing activities with it.

Reading an invoice

The invoice arrives as a PDF. Number, amount and due date go straight into the accounting system — nobody retypes them, nobody mistypes them.

Looking up instead of searching

What did we last agree with Miller?

Delivery 12 September, price €14,800 net, payment within 30 days. It is in the minutes of 4 July.

The answer is in your own documents — and the assistant shows where it got it from. No guessing, no inventing.

Projects

What we are building.

01 — Hospitality Own product

Codename: Platzhirsch

Bookings, tables and stock for restaurants.

A restaurant sees at a glance which table is free when, who is coming and what is missing in the cellar. Guests book for themselves on a public page, the team keeps working on a tablet — even when the wifi in the cellar drops out.

If it rains, the whole terrace moves indoors with two clicks; the software works out beforehand which booking would clash.

  • Table and area planning
  • Public guest booking
  • Stock with barcodes
  • Passkey and two-factor login
  • Installable as an app, works offline
  • German, English, Italian, Portuguese
02 — Artificial intelligence Own product

Nexus

Every language model in one place — on your own premises.

Staff work with several AI models through one interface, backed by the company own documents. Who may use which model, what it may cost and which content may leave the building is set by the administrators.

A detector for sensitive content replaces names and numbers with placeholders before anything goes out — and puts them back into the answer. For isolated networks a dedicated agent delivers the documents.

  • Answers from your own documents
  • Budgets per role and person
  • Detection of sensitive content
  • Sign-in via Microsoft Entra
  • Complete audit trail
  • Can run without internet access
03 — Transcription Own product

Auris

Dictate, correct, approve — without the recording ever leaving the building.

Recording at the desk or on the move, speech recognition on your own hardware. Meeting minutes, dictation or interview — who corrects, who approves and who gets to see a recording at all is decided by the organisation, not by a provider whose servers sit somewhere.

Every dictation is stored encrypted under its own key and every access is logged. Where it matters, four-eyes approval can be enforced: nothing is released until two people have confirmed it.

  • Record dictations and meetings
  • Speech recognition on your premises
  • Correction with four-eyes approval
  • Spoken commands for punctuation
  • Encryption per dictation
  • Configurable retention periods
04 — Business operations Own product

Agora

From quote to reminder — one chain instead of six programs.

A quote becomes an order, the order becomes a delivery note, the delivery note becomes an invoice. Every document knows what came before it, the number ranges run through cleanly, and whatever stays unpaid gets chased at the push of a button.

Incoming invoices are read rather than retyped: structurally for ZUGFeRD and XRechnung, otherwise by AI from a PDF or a photo. Bank statements arrive as CAMT files and match themselves against the open documents.

  • Quote, order, delivery note, invoice
  • Dunning with batch release
  • Incoming invoices read automatically
  • ZUGFeRD and XRechnung
  • Bank reconciliation via CAMT import
  • Multi-tenant with audit log
05 — Internal tools Own product

CompanyHUB

An alternative to Confluence: wiki, tasks, CRM and reporting under one roof.

Built because the licence costs and the feature set of the usual suspects no longer matched. Several tenants under one roof, permissions down to the individual wiki page, and a reporting part that also taps legacy ERP systems nobody wants to touch any more.

Pages are assembled from building blocks rather than typed into a text editor — with tiles for files, tables and reports.

  • Wiki with building blocks
  • CRM with import and export
  • Permissions per resource
  • Reporting on legacy systems
  • Multi-tenant
  • Change log
06 — Medical technology Client project

Print approval

Every version with a revision, a comment and a record.

Print files travel back and forth between client, agency and printer. The current state used to sit somewhere in an email thread. Now every version gets a revision, every comment hangs on the document instead of in a reply, and approval is one click with a name and a timestamp behind it.

External parties get a link with a PIN and an expiry date instead of an attachment that still sits in some mailbox years later.

  • Revisions and approvals
  • Comments on the document
  • Shared links with PIN and expiry
  • Two-factor login
  • Roles from viewer to approver
  • Separate branding per client

What it saves

What does automation actually save?

5
6 h
45 €

Time freed up

966 hours

That is per year

€43,470

Or per month

€3,623

An example calculation, not a promise. It assumes 46 working weeks a year and that 70 % of the routine work named above can be automated. The remaining 30 % stays with you — special cases, queries, decisions. What is actually possible in your organisation we will tell you after the first conversation, including when the honest answer is “less than you hope”. Your entries stay in your browser; nothing is transmitted.

How we work

From your idea to a finished application.

01

Listening

We look at what costs you time every day and what data comes out of it. Then we tell you whether it is worth doing — including when the honest answer is: this does not need AI.

No obligation

02

Trying it out

You get a first version that actually runs — with your real data, not with samples. You use it yourself and then decide whether we build further.

3–5 weeks

03

Going live

Now it becomes fit for daily use: who may see what, what gets logged, what happens when something goes wrong. That belongs here — not in a later phase that never comes.

Depends on scope

04

Handover & support

We show your team how everything works and write it down. After that we stay on board — as a fixed point of contact for operations, changes and the next extension.

Common questions

What people usually ask before the first conversation.

01What exactly does VORALYN do?

Three things: AI that works with your own documents. Software for processes where there is nothing suitable to buy. And automation of work someone does by hand today. Cleanly built and documented — and we keep looking after it afterwards.

02What does an AI project cost?

We start with an assessment of whether the idea is worth doing. Then comes a prototype on the real case — usually three to five weeks. Only after that is the build-out decided.

A quote comes out of the first conversation, not out of a price list.

03How long until the first result?

A working end-to-end version is usually ready after three to five weeks. It runs on real data and you use it yourself. The path into production then depends on scope and depth of integration.

04Does our data stay in-house?

That is your decision. We build both against hosted models and entirely on your own infrastructure. Access rights, logging and data protection belong in the production phase with us — not in a later stage.

05Do you work outside Austria as well?

Yes. We are based in Dornbirn and work remotely and on site — in Austria, Germany and Switzerland. Project languages are German and English.

06What happens after handover?

Documentation and training are part of it. After that we stay on board as developers and point of contact: operations, changes, new requirements. Support can be cancelled monthly — we want to stay because it fits, not because a contract forces it.
