Accessibility statement

As of 28 October 2026. Voluntary statement based on a self-assessment.

01 — ScopeScope

This statement applies to the website voralyn.tech in its German and English versions.

Software we develop or operate for customers is not covered. For it, the requirements agreed in the respective contract apply.

02 — LegalLegal framework

The Austrian Accessibility Act (Barrierefreiheitsgesetz, BaFG) has applied since 28 June 2025 and implements the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882). It covers certain products and services for consumers, including e-commerce services.

In our assessment, our offerings are currently not covered: we conclude contracts exclusively with businesses (Terms, section 1.2), and no contracts are concluded through this website.

We therefore publish this statement voluntarily. As our benchmark we use the European standard EN 301 549, which for web content refers to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA.

This assessment is not legal advice and not a conclusive legal evaluation.

03 — StatusCompliance status

Status
Partially compliant
Benchmark

Basis

“Partially compliant” means that some content or functions do not yet meet the requirements. They are listed in section 05. No audit by an independent body has taken place.

04 — MeasuresWhat we implement

  • Keyboard — the website can be used without a mouse. A skip link leads straight to the content.
  • Visible focus — the element with keyboard focus has a clearly visible outline.
  • Contrast — text has a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1 against its background.
  • Colour — colour is never the only means of conveying information. Links in running text are also underlined, and form errors are shown as text.
  • Structure — real buttons, form fields with associated labels, a consistent heading hierarchy and landmarks for header, navigation, main content and footer.
  • Text alternatives — meaningful icons have a text alternative. Purely decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers.
  • Text size — text can be enlarged in the browser without content being cut off.
  • Motion — all animation stops when “reduce motion” is set in the operating system.
  • Without JavaScript — the website remains fully readable without JavaScript, and the contact form then works as a regular form.

05 — LimitationsKnown limitations

According to our self-assessment, the following point does not yet meet the requirements.

Motion without a pause control

Limitation: On the home page, the background graphic moves continuously and the main heading changes its text automatically. There is no control to pause it.

Alternative: with the operating system setting “reduce motion”, both stand still.

Planned: a control that pauses the motion.

06 — ContactFeedback and contact

If possible, tell us the page or function, the problem and the assistive technology you use, such as your browser or screen reader. You will receive a reply with our assessment and, if we cannot fix the problem right away, with the planned course of action.

Alternative format: on request, we provide content from this website that is not accessible to you in another format, for example as plain text by email.

07 — ComplaintsEnforcement and complaints

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the market surveillance authority under the Austrian Accessibility Act. A report can be made informally — in writing, electronically or by phone.
